Dear Residents,

Our pool is open and ready for you to to dive in! Adult swim is from 11 AM to 12 PM Tuesday through Sunday (accessible by code). After that our pool monitors, Terri and Nick will be available to assist you. Enjoy the pool from 12 PM to 8 PM Tuesday through Sunday.

We also plan to begin fence repairs before year-end, depending on how much remains from the special assessment once pool work is completed.

At this time, the clubhouse phone line is available but you may have noticed intermittent outtages from AT&T affecting the homes and the clubhouse. We also understand that the lines were damaged on Ticonderoga and we suggest calling your provider if you were affected. Please use the Slaton portal to submit requests (preferred for documentation) or leave a message with Slaton (214.343.06420 for a board member to return your call.

Fence information- the fence leaning has been an ongoing issue as more of our homes settle. The COG already has nuisance file on us. A few things have been repaired but not the full extent of the walls. Intrepid Alley is below from 2023 showing the damage (has been fixed as it was the worst of everything) but remaining sections of all of the alleyway need attention.
